Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All Amethyst Athletics products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a US order may take up to 14 business days from purchase to delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
